Our new friends

We have ducks. The drainage is so bad in our yard that after it rains a pair of ducks spends time in our yard. Isabella watched those ducks for almost an hour today! Patton watched them for a good 20 minutes (that's a really long time in Patton's world). Isabella named them Tella (girl) and Tigla (boy). I have no idea where she got the names but that's what she calls them when they show up in our yard. When I ask her how she came up with the names she tells me that Brewser told her. I'm getting a little worried.

Cathy, don't get worried, remember SHARPTOOTH?. At least every one else can see Tella and Tigla. Why do you think I gave Brewser to Isabella?, because talking dogs creep me out.

I was wondering how long it would be before someone said something about Sharptooth.

Thank god Patrick has a day job. That stand up comic thing just wouldn't work out!

Well my first response was going to be "ha ha...your kid's a fruit-loop..." but then I read Pat's post (Tigla and Tella are both cities in Darfur, Sudan.) and now I'm just freaked out about the whole ordeal...
