New things

Patton has learned to climb. Chairs, couches and tables to name a few. Unfortunately he has not learned how to get back down. I take that back, he hasn't learned to to gracefully get back down, it usually involves a fall of some sort. He's also discovered what light switches do. Sometimes these two thing go hand in hand.
Isabella finally really discovered Barbies. I've avoided it for almost four years. She's had a couple Barbies for a while but she never really played with them. There are these new ones out called Fariytopia and Mermaidia and they started the whole thing. I can just see a naked Barbie orgy looming ahead. She found an add in my Parents magazine for the Mermadidia movie and birthday party sets. I bet you can't guess what she wants her birthday party to be and what she wants for her birthday. She already has the fairy that turns into the mermaid but she wants the whole set. Crap.
In related news, I need to get Patton a GI Joe or some sort of action figure. I know it's supposed to be ok but you have to draw the line somewhere.
